Designed as an alternative to 2- and 3-wheeled vehicles (safer), as well as public transport (more convenient), the Citroën AMI is an ultra-compact and ultra-stylish electric vehicle made for city travel. Its 100% electric technology allows for silent driving, providing maximum comfort and peace for its passengers.
Design
The AMI features a symmetrical design: the front of the vehicle is nearly identical to the rear, with the headlights being the main distinguishing feature. However, the vehicle’s profile breaks the symmetry – the driver's side door opens against the direction of travel, while the passenger side door opens with it.
Ultra-compact
With a length of 2.41 m, a width of 1.39 m, and a height of 1.52 m, the AMI has practical dimensions and takes up only half a parking space. Its turning circle of 7.2 m makes it ideal for manoeuvring in urban environments.
Protection and comfort
The AMI offers more protection than 2- and 3-wheeled vehicles thanks to its enclosed heated cabin. Its panoramic roof, large front windscreen, side and rear windows create a light-filled and airy interior atmosphere.
Connectivity
The AMI includes a USB port located to the right of the steering wheel for your smartphone. Using the MyCitroën app and the connected DAT@AMI adapter, you can access all key data such as range, mileage, and find nearby charging stations.
Charging: 3.5 hours on 220V
The 5.5 kWh lithium-ion battery can be charged using a regular 220V household socket in just three and a half hours—just as simple and fast as charging your smartphone. The Citroën AMI offers a range of up to 75 km, which is more than enough for daily commutes around town or nearby suburbs.
